Delicious authentic Szechuan cuisine with delicious Japanese sushi as well. Upbeat vibe and family-friendly ambience. Try the fried red snapper-- so tender-- and the garlic shrimp, all the signature dishes on the menu. Healthy gluten free options available. Fast service with quality ingredients--and the lunch specials come with soup (hot and sour, egg drop, or miso tofu seaweed) and an egg roll with large portions of the main entree. A delightful, nourishing experience. Highly recommend!
This is our new favorite sushi place. Great ambience, outstanding sushi, and great service. Plus the pricing is very fair, quality is high, great vibes.
Never had bad food there ! Always Good Chinese food and Japanese food and sushi and service is always good and hospitality too.
The lunch specials are so good! We had the Vegetable Fried Rice, Vegetable Lo Mein, and two Beef Broccoli lunches. All were delicious. See you next week!!!
I have been coming here since 2013, and I cant say enough good things about this place. Their pre-mixed Mai Tai's are lethal. I made the mistake once of having two, ....uhhh...big mistake. Their sushi bar is visible at the back of the restaurant separate from the main kitchen. Were these guys formally trained as Sushi Chef's in Japan? If so, please advertise this fact, if not, it is still superior sushi from very fresh ingredients. The owner is from Chengdu province in China, and his riff on Chinese cuisine reflects this regional theme perfectly. This Asian-Fusion concept works well. Try the BBQ Pork eggrolls if you like traditional, or try the Chongquing style noodle soup if you have a hearty appetite, and you crave something a little different. Honestly, every time I come here, I pick something at random and I have never regretted my choice. Every employee in this place HUSTLES! Located on the north side of the Metra tracks in downtown Bartlett, tons of free parking after commuters exit at the end of the day. One suggestion - lose the gaming parlor and expand the bar/waiting area into it - maybe?
A little gem in Bartlett! TL's is a fusion restaurant with Japanese and Chinese food, and they have a very diverse menu. I have tried their Japanese food, including their rolls, along with different Chinese food. My favorite is their tempura udon set that comes with all sorts of tempura items. Last time I went, though, their shrimp tempura was kind of weird. Mainly breading and barely any shrimp. Try their eggplant dish! Sooo good!
